- The next year at renewal, if the client renews you will earn 8% of the renewal and many times the clients premiums increase due to growth. This is also conducted by a dedicated renewals team giving you the opportunity to focus on selling - current retention rates are 90% across the business
- Most business sold in a month earns a £500 bonus
- Most business sold in a quarter earns a £1000 bonus
- The salesperson of the year wins 2 first class tickets to any destination in the world
- Consistency bonus scheme - if you hit target 2 months in a row you earn £100, 3 months £200 and 4
months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month where you hit afterwards.

Job Specification;
To provide a comprehensive Commercial Insurance service to existing and potential new customers.
To develop an initial and ongoing knowledge and understanding of customer requirements, and ensure these are met at all times.
Maintain good relationships with Underwriters to ensure customers insurance requirements are met at favourable terms.
Handle Personal Insurance requirements of connected Commercial clients with the assistance of a Personal Lines member of staff.
Maximise further business opportunities.
To promote and maintain a high Company image of professionalism, competence and customer satisfaction.
To ensure customers’ credit is within agreed Company limits at all times, and assist Accounts Department with securing payment of invoices outstanding beyond normal terms and periods of payment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales and renewals for the company on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting company services over the phone, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Your main duties will be:
