‘Orchid’ very quickly gained the recognition, registration and accreditation with the Commission of Social Care and Inspection CSCI and is audited for its documentation, policies, procedure and training as is any nursing home or hospital. ‘Orchid’s last inspection report may be viewed on the CSCI web page.
‘Orchid’ are gaining new service users all the time and supply regularly to Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Independent Mental Hospitals, The NHS, Private Hospitals such as BUPA and Mencap support housing.
Both Orchid’s Director and Manager are passionate about the quality of staff they supply, the level of staff and the training of staff. Day to day ‘Orchid’s Manager has a totally hands on role in the supply and the booking of both our qualified staff and Health Care Assistants and has a total understanding herself what is required.

Opened in 1993 Premier Associates falls into a different category to all of its associated companies and is able to cover most locations within the UK, having trusted internal and external consultants that operate from the main office and remotely. All our specialist recruitment consultants ensure they meet their applicants at an agreed venue before putting them forward for a specific client request.
The main remit of Premier Associates is to provide specialist management and line management into groups that own franchised dealerships around the country and on some, but not all occasions to supply the support staff within the dealership. When either a new network installation or upgrade is required the company will always visit and provide a clear and concise written quotation for the work remit. On acceptance of the quotation, drawings will be produced and a date given for the works to be carried out.
All engineers have ID skills cards and are all CRB checked and should we have the need to employ a sub-contractor for carpentry or building works, not only are they expected to follow and fall in line with DWM’s Health and safety procedures, these people are also reference checked and, where working within schools and hospitals or where vulnerable people are concerned we also CRB check, following the CRB Code of Practice.

Surround Care provides dedicated Domiciliary Care and Support and is an ideal compromise during the early stages of someone requiring care.
After our assessment we will aim to provide the most seamless caring solution possible, our care plans can also be valuable if someone wishes to remain at home in the unfortunate event they become terminally ill.
